Watch Joe FitzPatrick MSP's opening speech at the 8th European Alcohol Policy Conference (8EAPC). The 8EAPC took place on 20 and 21 November 2018 at the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh, and was organised by SHAAP (Scottish Health Action on Alcohol Problems) and Eurocare (The European Alcohol Policy Alliance).

This 'Scotland the Brave!' event, campaigning for minimum unit pricing in Europe, was held in Brussels in September 2014, ahead of the European Court of Justice (ECJ)'s ruling on the legality of MUP.
